Hey there all you band geeks! So, Frost Symphonic Band, I vote we should totally get everything out of being upperclassmen!!!!!!! But first, band jokes:

Why are a soprano saxophone and a murder trial similar?
Everyone's happiest when the case is closed.

How do you tune two piccolos?
Shoot one...

Why is a bassoon better than an oboe?
A bassoon burns longer!

A guy walked into a bar. The measure ended right then.

And sectional stereotype #2: SAXOPHONES!

Okay, so most saxophone players are serious band geeks, but there is a big divide between them and the other saxophone players who don't like band and are in it to fill an elective. We band geeks don't like those people. Alto sax players tend to be pretty socially adept and usually kind of popular, but tenor  and bari saxes usually are a little more individualistic. Sopranos...don't even go there. And keep away from ANYONE who claims to play sopranino or soprio saxophone. That's a death trap.
Next week, the stereotype will be a brass instrument. I just need to think of one.

See y'all in band,
Clarinet Enthusiast
